Do you like Pong? Of course you do! We’ve been hard at work on Vex Blocks for the past month but when our friends at King’s University College approached us for a quick little side project in honour of their retiring president, we whipped up a Pong game, voiced by their president himself, Harry Fernhout. Warning: The paddle is partially obscured by a giant bobblehead. Where does it start? Where does it end? Why does the eagle get a head start? How am I supposed to play pong like this? Click the image to the left to find out! Have fun! 🙂
It’s been rather quiet on the news front for the past few months. Work progressed on our mobile, employer flinger – Boss Toss. Then work shifted to our action/puzzler, Vex Blocks in April after a successful collaboration with students from NAIT who we worked with to build our prototype for Vex Blocks as part of their graduate project. Our team has taken that prototype and been hard at work handling the server interactions for our challenge and cooperative elements while working on the multiple ways to play the game and refining the prototype to run fluidly on mobile devices. Head on over to our Vex Blocks page for a look at some of our work in progress shots. Cheers!
Happy 2012! After a long wait, we’re proud to announce that Itzy3D has arrived! Itzy3D is currently available for free on both the Android Marketplace and the Apple App Store. Head on over to the Itzy3D page for download links.
We’re also excited to begin working with NAIT students beginning this semester on a mobile game project as part of the game programming/design grad project. Watch for details as work progresses!
